left about 5:40, from St Leonards.

food stop was called at just out of Windsor, AI suggested mcdonalds, but he really wanted a loo break,
AP and went in, then went YUK, so we crossed the carpark, to the BlackStump,
for half a bovine each. (cows with guns).
after nice meal, we went for the shopper dockets to get 1 main for free.

Then we were of again, getting up to the house after 9, to join Bindi, Wit, Barry, Patty, Tove and Betty (Tove's friend visiting
from O/S).

All  enjoyed several glass of rough red, some were rougher than other's some nothing at all.

Tove decided to conduct and "HIPPY TREE HUGGING CRAP" session. Felt like a AA meeting (not that I know what one is like). Some of us escaped, the task, Yea Ha.

Then we all sacked out.

Up fairly early, breaky was to be at  the Wattle, climbing at Mt Boyce.

A pre breakfast game of tennis was held, (hard to play doubles with 3 rackets)
Wit showed his abilities by manging to beat all comers by himself.

Then we were off to the Wattle, but depression set in.

First some delicate negotioations with a  tour group, as to were they were
climbing, I told them we were 8 and were going to Boyce, they said ok, we will not go
there.

 Second Jason was not working that morning, we had no one to grumble at us.

After the choloesteral pig out by some of us, off we went to Boyce.

After some extremely good navigation skills by me, telling Tove we were
meant to turn back there. and Wit going in search of us. ( I was just showing Betty more of the
mountains). We wandered off to the crag, past a group who were going to be doing
abseiling.

They had nice big ladders which they walk in, so can get back up the abseil
gully, (bets them have old ugly junky ladders left in place.)

Was nice clear sunny day, but wind was blowing a bit, with some quite strong gusts as afternoon wore on.

Barry set up an express, abseil using Patty's rope,  Being a Gym Junky, I abseiled down the gully then did the scramble
after that any wimps  made use of the ladder

AP Bindi AI, with AP leading went up Set,Piece,Battle (14).
Barry and Patty went up Aerie (12)
Tove, Betty and I went up Set,Piece,Battle with me taking the sharp end.
Betty in sandshoes in the middle (yes Betty climbed in sandshoes)
Wit and Geoff did Sweet Irish (10) with Geoff doing a very stylish (but unnecessary) hanging belay.
would have made a great photo, from my position part way up S,P,B.

AP Bindi AI, went around to the Kyhber Pass (17) which they reported as a very pleasant climb.

Wit and Geoff were playing French camera crew, with the video, Geoff assisting on stills,
 Tove enjoyed the sun and fell a sleep,
AI and AP, did Another Mans Juliet (17) AI on the sharp end. he tried to find a wombat hole, to place Toves, #5 cam.
no luck.

Patty led up the Aerie, with Barry doing the last pitch from the cave.

Realised the object of the day was to climb, so without to much further procrastination I went up first pitch of the Aerie, with AI doing the 2nd, Would have liked to be able to gloss over or ignore the fact I threw away a nut but the French film crew has documentary evidence.  (damm only person to throw gear way)

AP, Tove and Betty did Sweet Irish.

Barry and Patty did S,P,B

After and AI and me finished, Aerie had a bit more food and went for Sweet Irish, I took first pitch, then AI did 2nd, Cursing he did not have Tove's #5, several places it could have been placed.

AP, Tove and Betty did Aerie,

Now I lost track of Wit and Geoff and Patty and Barry, i think they did something else but unsure, I know Wit and Geoff finished up on the Aerie.

At this stage was getting late, AP Tove and Betty, went to attack the small cliff line on access track.
AI joined them, Barry and Patty did I thought, I tried to impersonate the French film crew, but no more film,

Wit, Geoff and I joined them, AP had managed to get to the double rings on grade 20 V(something).
Tove was attempting it, when we arrived, Barry and Patty  had gone onto the cars.
Wit Geoff and me decide to have a go as well, Geoff managed to do it clean, Wit got to the top, and so did I , Betty had an attempt using AP's shoes.

Now the pub was calling, AP and AI got Tove to drop them back at the house, whilst Wit, Geoff, Patty, Barry and me, had a beer, then got joined by Tove and Betty.

Back to the house with party starting to be in full swing, with heaps of  booze and food, Unfortunately for AI and me the French film crew had to show the unedited version
IE. AI fumbling clips and me throw nuts away.

Bodies did slow disappearing tricks as the evening wore on, till it was left to AI and Steph and me
to receive the visitation, then a little later it was offical lights out.

Seeing as i did a vanishing act, and got a very early lift home with Tove, that is all i can report on.
